Where we will deliver
We are building for African families around the world. This does not yet mean that every destination is supported for delivery.
Available countries, delivery services, costs and any restrictions will be shown at checkout before purchase. Supported destinations are still being finalised.
Printing and delivery time
Each book will be printed to order. The time needed to print it is separate from the time needed to deliver it.
We will show estimated production and delivery times before payment. Those estimates are not yet available, so please do not rely on this site for a particular birthday or celebration date.
Addresses, tracking and international orders
Please check the delivery name and address carefully. If you need to correct an address, contact us promptly; we will confirm whether the parcel can still be redirected.
Tracking availability, customs charges, import taxes and who is responsible for them will be explained for the selected destination before you order. We have not yet appointed the final delivery partners.
A delayed, missing or damaged delivery
Contact us with your order reference and a description of the problem. We will investigate with the delivery partner and explain the next steps in line with your consumer rights.
